Service - Upgrade Agreement

Clients interested in purchasing an upgrade service agreement, can download the attached word document.

This is an optional service to clients, although it is highly recommended to purchase this agreement.
Trafsoft has and always will strive to exceed its clients expectations.
Optional "upgrade" "service" agreement.
Support and Upgrades will include:
(a) Any new symbols approved in the Government Gazette.
(b) Any new arrow clusters that may arise.
(c) Prompt reaction to any queries.
(d) Support with installation if needed.
(e) Support with problematic signs.
Upgrades:
(a) All new upgrades to the software at least twice a year, some examples.
(b) Mass Sign Editor
This tool allows arrow material, arrow colours and previews to be changed/updated on a whole directory. This tool is for clients who have purchased the Maintenance Service Agreement *ONLY*.
Place the program file, contained in the archive, in the Road Signs Design Unlimited program directory.
N.B Windows 98, NT and 2000 users will need a program capable of unzipping this archive. WinZIP can be used for this purpose.
(c) Adding a spell checker to check all the new town names spelling ensuring uniformity and correctness.
(d) Adding the formula in the SADC manual which suggests the correct text height to use according to the number of bits of information appearing on the sign.
(e) A built in cost analysis, that will determine the cost of material of the sign including number of support poles to be used according to the width of the sign.
(f) Overlay Plates.
(g) Any reasonable additional relavant requirements of clients.
