Network support is controlled on a windows domain level, which means that all machines that need to access RSD need to share the same domain and/or workgroup.

If you are still experiencing problems ensure that the following registry keys are set to your network domain name:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
String Value "DefaultDomainName"
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\VNETSUP
String Value "Workgroup"
